The guiding principles for student leadership in TPS are that every pupil can lead and serve. We believe that it is pivotal that the school provides opportunities to develop pupils who can be responsible leaders who will contribute to the society.

We believe that through structured programmes and approaches, we can develop leaders who are of good character and responsible citizens of Singapore .

Prefects will participate in planning sessions for school event, undergo leadership trainings and teambuilding activities during their meetings.
