To ensure dance skills are built and sustained through well-conceptualised programmes, and help to promote holistic development of students by incorporating school values and habits of mind.

The Malay Dance group will be competing in the SYF this year and hope to better the Silver Award they won in 2006. The group had been practicing since last year in preparation for SYF in 2008. Practices are carried during the week as well as on holidays during the competition period. The pupils are dedicated and are diligently working towards excellence. There is good team spirit and passion among the dancers for the arts.
