To ensure dance skills are built and sustained through well-conceptualised programmes, and help to promote holistic development of students by incorporating school values and habits of mind.

The Malay Dance group competed in the SYF in 2006 and won the Sliver award. The group will begin practices this year in preparation for SYF in 2008. Practices are carried during the week as well as on holidays during the competition period. The pupils are dedicated and are diligently working towards excellence. There is good team spirit and passion among the dancers for the arts.
